Monster High NecroCon: Arthur as Booker DeWitt

here Arthur made a cosplay of Booker DeWitt from Bioshock Infinite to NecroCon, now that I see it, Arthur looks like a younger version of Booker, he's using his fire powers to recreate Devil's Kiss Vigor in game, the hard part to Arthur was to change his flame's color from green to red.
